Uncompensated Care Funding

Kiamichi Family Foundation was created in 2021 after the passing of Trilla Frazier, the first CEO of Kiamichi Family Medical Center and Dr. Jon Maxwell, DO, the Medical Director of Kiamichi Family Medical Center. The passion these two trailblazers had for proving excellent care to the medically underserved patients of southeast Oklahoma was truly inspiring. The vision of this foundation is to provide uncompensated care to qualifying KFMC patients. Funding is available to established patients of KFMC based on their household income.
